November 20, 2009

Finally built out westbound from Scranton. This is essentially a shelf layout that stretches about 15 feet before disappearing into a wall and into a storage room in which a turnaround loop and staging yard can be found.

July 22, 2009
The recently restored (and upgraded to modern safety standards) Erie Mikado 3200 arrived in town for TrainFest 2009. This link shows her pulling a cut of reefers into town (on the westbound main because of MOW work on the eastbound).

May 3, 2009
Added the Rolling Stock Information & Images page. Unfortunately (well for modeling, anyway), I have been way too busy with work to get anything done.

February 22, 2009
Added the Engine Service Facility page and started its construction.

February 19, 2009
Update the Ballasting page with my ballasting technique and some photos of finished ballast.

February 17, 2009
Add the Photo Gallery page for photos of finished areas of the layout. At this time, that's Bridge 60 (although it needs a few small touches).

February 15, 2009
Bridge 60 is now pretty much completed. The bridges are glued in place and all tracks in the area are now painted and ballasted. The guard rails have rusted in place too. Here is the bridge progress page.

February 9, 2009
Bridge 60 is nearing completion. The roads, river, stone walls and ballasting under the bridge are all complete. Next up is painting and ballasting of the main line and wye tracks. Here is the bridge progress page.

January 30, 2009
Added backdrop & scenery page.

January 1, 2009
